Berlin Brandenburg Airport: довідник мандрівника
For BER’s Zeitgeist VIP service, the useful arrival address is the dedicated access through car park P1. The airport locates the service at Terminal 1, level E0. This is a different route from turning up at an ordinary departure security queue, so your driver needs the VIP instructions in advance.
Arriving at Berlin Brandenburg Airport
The airport’s VIP package can collect you from the aircraft, handle the approved formalities through the separate facilities and help with baggage before your onward departure from the airport. The operator needs the flight number, passenger names and bag count to arrange the vehicle and handling. A chauffeur outside the airport is a separate arrangement unless expressly included.
Leaving from Berlin Brandenburg Airport
Departure service uses the VIP drop-off at P1, followed by check-in and baggage handling, separate security and border control where required, lounge time and a transfer to the aircraft. The airport currently excludes Ryanair and Luxair flights from this package. If you are flying from Terminal 2, request explicit acceptance and routing rather than assuming the terminal’s standard route applies.
Coffee, food and time in the terminal
Zeitgeist welcomes guests by arrangement from 04:00. For an ordinary-terminal café stop, the landside Starbucks on the check-in gallery at level E2 publishes 03:00–21:30 daily. The separate airside Starbucks in the Terminal 1 food court publishes 04:00–22:00 daily. They are different outlets on opposite sides of security; choose the one you can actually reach.
Shopping before your flight
BER’s Terminal 1 has a central airside marketplace and a walk-through shopping route after security. If you choose the private VIP route, ask how any retail visit fits the handling timetable. Do not assume an aircraft-transfer package automatically includes free time in the public-terminal shops. Café menus and retail prices should come from the outlet’s current list.
Documents and security
The former free BER Runway reservation should not appear as an active booking option: the airport stopped it on 26 May 2026. Check the latest checkpoint instructions for the liquids and electronics you carry, and follow security staff directions. Germany’s Schengen entry requirements remain applicable to VIP passengers.
Entry requirements: Germany
Germany applies the Schengen short-stay rules, but the right visa depends on the purpose of your trip. Check your nationality and purpose with the German Foreign Office Visa Navigator before travelling. A booking for airport assistance is not evidence of entry permission on its own.
